PARKING FOR A FUNERAL

Parking for a Funeral

Parking is available in several convenient locations around our facility to accommodate family and guests attending services or visitations. Depending on whether there will be a funeral procession to a cemetery or church following the service, parking arrangements may vary. Our staff will provide clear guidance upon arrival to ensure vehicles are properly positioned for an orderly and respectful departure.

Parking with a Procession

When attending a funeral where there will be a procession to a cemetery or church, a member of our staff will always be available to assist you with parking and provide directions.

For easy identification, our staff wear matching blue suits (fall and winter) or gray suits (spring and summer) with matching purple ties.

If the funeral is held at our funeral home:

Please look for our staff in the parking lot or in front of the funeral home for parking guidance.

If the funeral is held at St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church:

Our staff will be positioned:

  • In front of the church near the Yuengling Brewery
  • In front of the Church Rectory
  • In the church parking lot on Mahantango Street

For larger funerals, with police permission, Mahantongo Street may be blocked starting at South 3rd Street to ensure the safety of pedestrians and motorists.

If the funeral is held at Trinity Lutheran Church:

Please look for our staff on North 3rd Street and in the main parking lot on West Arch Street.

If the funeral is held at St. John the Baptist Church:

Our staff will be available in the church parking lot on South 10th Street.

If the funeral is held at First United Methodist Church:

Please look for our staff on North 4th Street and in front of the church on West Market Street.

If the funeral is held at Trinity Episcopal Church, Trinity United Church of Christ, or any church outside of Pottsville:

Please look for our staff in front of the church for guidance. Our goal is to ensure an orderly, safe, and respectful experience for all attending guests. If you have any questions regarding parking or processions, please contact us in advance and we will be happy to assist you.
