Robert J. Higgins

Robert John Higgins, 63 of Fort Myers, FL, died July 13th

He was born in Kingsville, TX on September 4, 1962, a son of the late Joseph C. Higgins, Jr. and Helen (McKeon) Higgins.

He was a graduate of Schuylkill Intermediate Unit 29. He was a past member of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church prior to moving to Fort Myers, FL, where he attended St. Cecilia Catholic Church.

He enjoyed walking, swimming, dancing and puzzle books.

He is survived by 2 brothers- J.C. (Cathleen) of Fort Myers, Patrick (Bonnie McHugh, girlfriend) of Llewellyn, PA, and a sister, Mary Lynn (Robert) Harron, of Shoemakersville, as well as nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 a.m. on October 8th at the Our Lady of Calvary Chapel at Calvary Cemetery, 301 Calvary Road, Pottsville, PA.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to St. Patrick Memorial Fund, 319 Mahantongo St., Pottsville, PA 17901
