Janet M. Martinaitis

Janet M. Martinaitis, R.N., 76 a resident of Schuylkill Center, formerly of New Philadelphia, died Tuesday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill East.

She was born March 15, 1949, in Pottsville a daughter of the late George and Irene Hoffman Martinatitis.

She was a graduate of Marian High School and the former Pottsville Hospital School of Nursing.

She was a registered nurse at the former Pottsville Hospital and Warne Clinic Prior to retiring at 42 years.

Her brother, George Martinaitis of Camp Hill, died January 10th

Janet is survived by a brother, Gary Martinaitis and his wife Dorothy, New Philadelphia; a sister-in-law, Kathleen Martinaitis, Camp Hill.

Funeral Services and Interment will be at the convenience of the family. The family would prefer remembrances in the form of contributions in memory of Janet be made to Hillside SPCA, PO Box 233, Pottsville, PA 17901. Arrangements are under the care of James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, James B. Humphrey, F.D.
