James F. Burns, III

James F. Burns, III, 68 of Pottsville died Saturday at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Schuylkill, East Norwegian St.

He was born August 31, 1954 in Mount Holly, NJ, a son of the late James F. II, and Ruth Betty Miller Burns.

He worked as a truck driver and drywall hanger prior to retiring.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Patricia Burns and a brother, Dennis Burns.

Surviving are his wife Patricia Shuler Burns; a son James F. Burns IV; a daughter, Susan Gray; stepsons, Bruce Freizebass and Jerrett Russellbass; grandchildren, James F. Burns, V, Dominic, Alie, Abigail, Aubrey and Sebastian Gray; step-grandchildren, Trevor, Gianna and Harper Leigh Bass; a sister, Kathleen Burns; a brother Roger Burns.
