Betty M. Ladden

Betty M. Ladden, 87, of Pottsville, died Friday afternoon at home. She was born February 12, 1925 in Pottsville daughter of the later Roy and Katherine Keen Fox. Betty attended Pottsville High School and was later employed at Fort Indiantown Gap, Annville prior to retiring. She was preceded in death by her husband Edward on June 2, 1993; 5 sisters, Helen Sophy, Doris Fisher, Erma Ebling, Catherine Wallauer, Joan Williams: 2 brothers, John and Jimmy Fox. Surviving are 2 sisters, Arlene Lupkin and Patricia Fox, both of Pottsville: many nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at the convenience of the family at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. The family would prefer remembrances in form of contributions made to Vickie's Angel Walk, P.O. Box 174, New Cumberland, PA 17070. James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville, is in charge of arrangements.
