John Paul Kramer, Jr.

John Paul Kramer, Jr., 17, of Pottsville, died early Saturday morning doing what he loved most. He was born September 29, 1995 in Pottsville son of John P. Kramer, Sr., Pottsville and Candy Paul Kramer, Mt. Carbon. He attended Pottsville Area High School and the VoTech where he studied residential electric. He was preceded in death by his aunt, Rev. Debra M. Paul, 2001. Surviving in addition to his parents are his maternal grandparents, Loman and Shirley Paul; his parental grandmother, Elizabeth Blanche Kramer; aunts, uncles, and cousins. A memorial service will be held Sunday at 3:00 P.M. from Evangelical United Methodist Church, 305 S. Centre St., Pottsville, with the Rev. Bonnie L. Yeager and Pastor Michael Lonergan officiating. Family and friends are invited to call from 1:00 P.M. until the time of services. Interment will be at the convenience of the family. The family would prefer remembrances in form of contributions made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, 34th St. and Civic Center Blvd, Philadelphia PA, 19104-4399. James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville is in charge of arrangements.
