Rita M. Reinmiller

Rita M. Reinmiller, 82, of Pottsville, died Thursday at Golden Living Center-York Terrace. She was born January 20, 1931 in Girardville daughter of the late Vincent and Mary Recla Rizzardi. She was a graduate of Pottsville Catholic High School and worked for the former Bell Telephone until she retired to raise her children. Rita was a member of the former Mary Queen of Peace Church, Pottsville and Bell Telephone Pioneers. She was preceded in death by her husband Bob J. on September 13, 2010; 3 sisters, Dolores Everdale, Margaret Herchak and Viola Rizzardi. Surviving are her daughter Ellen M. Leffler and her husband Gregory L.; a son, Robert V. all of Pottsville: a sister, Mary Nush, Bensalem: a brother in law John "Jackie" Reinmiller, Pottsville: a niece, Maryann Callaghan and a nephew, Michael Nush; cousins. Rita enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, camping and summer vacations at Stone Harbor. Graveside services will be held Monday at 11:00 A.M. at Schuylkill Memorial Park, Schuylkill Haven, with the Rev. Robert Reiley officiating. Family and friends are invited to call from 9:00 A.M. to 10:30 A.M. Monday at James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville.
