Lenoa J. Dewald

Leona J. Dewald, 91, of Seton Manor, Orwigsburg, formerly of Pottsville died Sunday at Seton Manor. She was born June 8, 1922 in Pottsville daughter of the late Aloysius and Alice Burns Yust. She was a 1941 graduate of Pottsville High School and was employed by the former Pine Shirts prior to retiring in 1987. Leona was a member of St. Patrick Roman Catholic Church and Schuylkill Council #431 of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary Pottsville. She was preceded in death by her husband Jay C. Dewald; and a brother, Vincent Yust. Surviving is 1 nephew. Services and interment will be at the convenience of the family at Calvary Cemetery, Pottsville. James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville, is in charge of arrangements.
