Georgia Ann Selinko

Georgia Ann Selinko, 66, of Pottsville, died Monday at Schuylkill Medical Center-South Jackson St. 

She was born June 18, 1947 in Pottsville, daughter of the late Georgine Conrad Katchu. 

She was a graduate of Pottsville High School and was employed by Juliette Bridal by Ivana, Pottsville. 

Georgia was a member of Good Will Fire Co., Pottsville and English Dart League. 

She was preceded in death by a sister Sandra Lee Bosco. 

Surviving are her husband of 47 years Joseph T. Selinko; a son, J. Michael Selinko and his companion Amber Mertz and her daughters Sam and Cassy, Pottsville; a daughter, Christine Selinko and her husband Michael Troy, Pottsville; a son, Butch Selinko, Pottsville; a sister, Dawn Wunder, Essington; a daughter-in-law, Colleen Selinko, Pottsville; a mother-in-law, Joan Selinko, Pottsville: 3 grandchildren, Devin Selinko and his companion Amanda Alvarado, Stevin Selinko, and Meadow Selinko; a very close cousin William "Whiskers" Hoffman, Pottsville: Nieces and nephews. 

A memorial service will be held Thursday at 7:00 P.M. at James E. Humphrey Funeral Home, Pottsville, with the Rev. Peggy Sue Pfeffer officiating. Family and friends are invited to call from 5:00 P.M. until the time of services. The family would prefer remembrance in form of contributions made to a charity of your choice.
